Introduction
1. Belt: Made from nylon 66, seamless and rigid, with dimensions of 70mm width and 3mm thickness; features an ironed arc end.
2. Buckle: Heat-forged aluminum alloy with anodized finish; dimensions are 96mm x 90mm x 6mm.
3. Pins: Stainless steel, measuring 35mm in length; diameter compatible with the buckle and pin holes.
4. D-rings: Constructed from heat-forged aluminum alloy, anodized for durability; includes one fixed D-ring at 100mm from the buckle and one adjustable D-ring.
5. Pin holes: Stainless steel rivets with a diameter of 12mm, arranged in double rows across six columns, located approximately 200mm from the belt's end.
6. Adjustable plate: Made of nylon 66, measuring 65mm x 95mm x 3mm.
7. Tightening ring for belt head: High-quality nylon sewn with an elastic strap; width is set at 20mm.
8. Sewing thread: Nylon grade 66 in gray color, utilizing computer-controlled lockstitch techniques for durability.
