German Client Visit JIUPAI Firefighting Equipment Factory
On 25th July 2025, a delegation of well-known German fire fighting equipment distributors visited JIUPAI Fire Fighting Equipment Factory, and the two sides carried out in-depth exchanges on the technological innovation of fire fighting protective equipment and international market cooperation. During the visit, JIUPAI Factory's self-developed firefighting combat suits and new firefighting helmets were highly praised by German customers for their excellent safety performance, humanised design and compliance advantages.
As one of the regions with the most stringent industrial standards in the world, Germany has almost extreme requirements on the safety factor, durability and environmental protection index of firefighting equipment. During the visit, members of the delegation, who have many years of experience in the industry, focused on the entire production process of firefighting clothing and helmets, which are the core product lines of the JIUPAI plant.
In the firefighting apparel production workshop, the delegation members examined in detail the fabric flame retardant performance test, seam sealing process and ergonomic cutting. When they learnt that the series of firefighting clothes adopt three-layer composite flame-retardant fabrics, which can still maintain the structural integrity after a short contact with 1200℃ open fire, and the built-in breathable layer can reduce the temperature of firefighters' body surface under high temperature environment, the representative of German distributor made a sample inspection on the spot with a professional instrument, and the test results showed that all the indexes complied with the standard of European Union EN 469. ‘We have seen a lot of products that focus on flame retardancy but neglect comfort, and your garments have found a perfect balance between the two.’ The representative said in the exchange.
The impact resistance and field of vision design of fire helmets were another highlight. The delegation observed on-site the helmet's 3-metre drop impact test - a simulation of a firefighter's head impact during a fall from a height - after which the helmet's outer shell was free of cracks and the built-in cushioning layer remained effectively supported. In addition, the anti-fog and anti-scratch coating on the helmet's visor, together with the adjustable head circumference, ensures a clear view of the fire scene and can be adapted to users of different sizes.
In addition to the product itself, the German customer showed great interest in the quality control system of XX factory. From the full inspection of raw materials entering the factory, to the sampling inspection every 2 hours in the production process, to the 16 performance checks before the finished products leave the factory, the perfect quality control process makes the delegation confident in the consistency of the products.
